IDEAL, Inc. was founded in 1984 by Dr. Thiet Thanh Nguyen with the vision of building one of the leading civil engineering firms in the central and western region of North America. The plan was simple: to provide clients with the high quality services at a fair price, while providing the firm's most valuable asset, its employees, with an environment for professionals and personal growth.

IDEAL has worked extensively on major projects and has won the trust of numerous reputable companies across the nation, as well as clients abroad.
In addition to providing its services on an integrated design build basis, IDEAL often functions in a purely consulting or designer role. Or, when appropriate, IDEAL serves in partnership with a client,acting as an extension of the client's own in-house facilities group. When a client elects to prepare a design utilizing other resources, IDEAL provides construction services on an independent basis. Because IDEAL services are available in so many combinations, IDEAL can accommodate virtually any client requirement, especially for projects that are large, complex and which require the specialized expertise that IDEAL uniquely possesses.
